We ship all over the world, at the time of purchase the shipping costs will be indicated.

RETURN POLICY

The objective of Daniel Maroto is to guarantee the satisfaction of his clients. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items for a full refund.

In order to make a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • Returns must be made within the next 14 business days after delivery.
  • Returned items must be complete and unworn.
  • We do not accept returns of jewelry with the wrong size due to customer error or change of mind.

Once we receive the items, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued for the returned items. If a change is made, the customer must buy the item again online. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

WARRANTY

All of our items have a lifetime warranty. The warranty will only apply in those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect and the damage has not been caused by misuse. We will study each case to determine if the damage has been caused by misuse of the parts.
